They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. They worked together really well and knew their jobs. Very professional! They came in the first vent they came to

took off vent cover cut middle piece of metal on frame of vent . Then they jammed their hose down the vent and went to other vents  and blew air into them to clean lines. All the other times I had my ducts cleaned it was done from the basement...I'm not sure how well this other way worked.
