Ripped out the three 30yr old valve stems, redid the plumbing in the access panel and added two shutoff valves. Sealed everything, tested for leaks and cleaned everything up, completed the job in just under 3hrs. Great working with Rich and his team, communication was super smooth and pricing was established up front, no hidden charges. Would highly recommend to anyone."

His price seemed reasonable and it was nothing compared to Horizon (stay away from them!). I have had different plumbers "fix" this issue and they keep leaving me with a problem not solved. "So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. I'm currently recovering from heart surgery and my recovery has been difficult... So I left a frantic message with Eddie's explaining that my toilet exploded. Even though it was super late at night, I got a call back! I cried on the phone about everything and he came to my place right away. The tech was a nice young guy, though not Eddie himself, and he and my father in law did whatever needed to be done so I could still use my toilet. "Joe responded to my inquiry in a timely fashion where other plumbers I called never responded. I had leaky pipes from a floor install that left my utility sink and toilet unusable. Joe squeezed me into his schedule the next day and showed up with a new toilet and sink. He and his partner installed them in record time. "We had a flood in our basement and Mike found the issue was a snapped pipe coming out of the house. He used the camera and showed me exactly where the break was. He had to get an excavator out to dig up and replace the broken line. He did such a great job that you couldn't even tell the lawn had been dug up. Mike also found an issue with the original catch being installed improperly which he just turned around for us. I would highly recommend Mike for any repairs, he seems to be a perfectionist which I appreciate because you know the job will be done right!"
