"Mark Hendrickson returned my call promptly, and came to my house that afternoon to look over the site and to give me an estimate and a time frame. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time and had made arrangements with another company to have my septic pumped out, prior to the repair work. Even though this was a relatively small job, Mark and his son who works with him, were professional and polite through the whole process. The cost was $300 for the actual repair and digging and $300 to have the septic pumped out. I would not hesitate to use Mark Hendrickson Excavating again, they were great to work with!"

The company knew the issue with my septic system on the phone from experience of similar problems it was blocked laterals of the leach field. They were able to fix the problem for a reasonable cost in a day all compliant with the township. They were 5 times cheaper than another company suggested for the repair. They were able to jet the laterals whereas the other company quoted to replace the entire leachfield laterals. Would recommend any one with problems with pressurized septic system to contact this company first."

"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. I bought a home once before but that was a joke compared to the great inspection David did. "Considering the issue at hand; I had a good experience. I called and spoke with Ken the owner.  He asked me a few questions like if I knew the size of the the current hot water heater; make etc. which I was able to provide.
He heard in my voice the panic and re-assured me that it was not as bad as it appears; so he was comforting to speak with.
I was given a time frame of 2 hours when the workers would arrive with the new hot water heater which was precise.
The mechanic and helper removed the broker hot water heater and replaced with a new one.  Clean up was excellent.
