The company knew the issue with my septic system on the phone from experience of similar problems it was blocked laterals of the leach field. They were able to fix the problem for a reasonable cost in a day all compliant with the township. They were 5 times cheaper than another company suggested for the repair. They were able to jet the laterals whereas the other company quoted to replace the entire leachfield laterals. This time after the second reschedule, they notified us 10 minutes before they were due to be at the house that they didn?t have a part. When I asked them to notify me when the part was available and they can come back out, they told me to contact one of their competitors because there wasn?t enough money for them in servicing systems that they installed. The owner has a nasty attitude and is very unprofessional. I will never use them again and advise you to find somebody else."
