The price above included a septic tank inspection by BeachStone Septic Corporation that Dave engaged and who were also very professional, very through and a great source of information. Dave was very thorough, we began on the roof and then worked ourselves around the outside of the house. We took notes as he mentioned things and he used his handy recorder to help him with his notes to put into the report. Our house has 3000 sq. ft and I feel confident that he covered much of that area. He was very thorough - looking high and looking low, pointing out the good, the bad and the things for us to improve the condition of the house. His report was about 8-9 pages and very detailed.
