He then cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet in our home. He did a great job, was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We will absolutely call when the carpets need to be cleaned in the future."

Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this. They took their time doing a good deep cleaning during their first visit and since then service has been quick but efficient at the same time. I do not like the strong chemical smell some cleaning services leave behind. "The cleaning of all 3 rooms and my sofa/chair went great.  They look almost brand new.  I had to reschedule my initial appointment with Quality Carpet and they were more than accommodating.  My only comment, would be that they update their contact information on the coupon as the number currently listed rings "disconnected" and you have to search for an alternate number.  However, that aside, great deal -- great work!
