We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! "Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Was very easy to schedule and they got right to work when they walked in, they did not disturb us as we finished working (we work from home) There was not the 100 question game that wastes everyones time. Very professional and knew exactly what to touch and what not to touch. All items that were moved to clean under were put back right where they were before. We left before they finished. I felt no worries at all when we left the house and they locked up behind them after they were done. Was amazed to see how nice and tidy the house was when we returned home! Def not planning to cut our service off anytime soon!"
