We had on few stubborn cat urine stains and Elite Green was great about retreating the spots but weren’t able to get them out completely - the stains and odor kept on resurfacing. But very reasonable rates and communicative - recommended them to a relative who needed carpet cleaned in an apartment.

A day later, some of the stains have returned a bit, but that's probably due to their longevity.
His price was fine, so yes, I'd use him again.
