"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. "I called Quality Carpet last minute to see if I could schedule a carpet and couch cleaning.  They answered immediately and I booked an appointment for 3pm on Friday, the next day.  I told them if they had any earlier, to please let me know.  They ended up having a cancelation and called me to see if they could come at 10am.  They were very professional and thorough.  My carpets and couch look great!
