"My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. On the date of the service, they were on time and finished in record time. I was at work and could not see the results in person. Bill even went to the extent of texting me a picture of the finished product. So pleased with this company and will absolutely recommend them to ANYONE that will listen to me."

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"My 6 year old sofas needed to be cleaned. While searching google I came across Eco Green Cleaning & Restoration. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. After explaining what I needed and submitting pictures of my sofas I was able to get a quote right away. Mr. Elhussini was kind and courteous. He arrived on time and got to work cleaning right away. When he was done not only was my sofas nice and clean he left it smelling so good. As a matter of fact my whole house smelled wonderful. "They have been working for me for about a year. I have spoken to Michael, the owner many times and he is very nice but nothing ever changes. If you want someone who will clean under the cushions of your sofa, dust the fireplace screen, clean the floors properly and recycle, then don't hire these people. They haven't got a clue. Their standards are very low compared to mine. They don't seem to understand basic hygiene. They frequently skip the mudroom area near my back door, although this was an agreed upon inclusion. Each week they throw their garbage into my recycling bin outside the back door even though I have mentioned it to them a million times. They send different people every week. Because they were never properly trained, they do stupid things like put the sheets on the bed much shorter on one side than the other, or taking the sheets off one bed and putting them on another one. I have repeatedly asked that they use Soft Scrub in the bathroom but obviously one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, because nobody ever remembers to tell the new person to do that. And of course, the new one is always assigned the most difficult jobs such as cleaning the bathroom, while the other one talks on the phone. They seem to be using my house as the place to train the new people. Many of them appear to not speak any English whatsoever, which makes basic communication difficult. Usually one of them has some English, but try to talk to them about something and they play dumb. They bring their own equipment and cheap, smelly cleaning products that I am allergic to. I have asked them to use my products instead but they keep forgetting. Will not use them again. I've had enough."
