Was very easy to schedule and they got right to work when they walked in, they did not disturb us as we finished working (we work from home) There was not the 100 question game that wastes everyones time. Very professional and knew exactly what to touch and what not to touch. All items that were moved to clean under were put back right where they were before. We left before they finished. I felt no worries at all when we left the house and they locked up behind them after they were done. Was amazed to see how nice and tidy the house was when we returned home! Def not planning to cut our service off anytime soon!

After a few months, the quality of the work has deteriorated significantly. Now they have started missing appointments. I think I will need to cancel this service

"Hello we are sorry to hear you're concern, The first time you wasn't happy about our service we contacted you and help you with everything you needed, We have being trying to contact you in every how to confirm you're appointment and to talk about the problem in you're shower glass door but we haven't hear back from you, We did not miss last appointment we do not provide service with out costumer confirmation, Lety's cleaning service try to contact you several times las week to confirm you're appointment and help you with everything else but never hear back from you."

I hired Lety's services about three months back and they have been coming in to clean my home weekly since then. Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this. They took their time doing a good deep cleaning during their first visit and since then service has been quick but efficient at the same time. I do not like the strong chemical smell some cleaning services leave behind. I specifically mentioned this while hiring them and true to their promise my house smells like a nice, clean bar of soap when they leave every week! I will update my review in a few months.

Lety and staff have done a wonderful job cleaning our townhouse. They are professional, punctual and friendly. We highly recommend their services. Even our two little rescue dogs look forward to seeing them come!

I have not been disappointed. The team is always prompt and has done a great job. They've even made some decorating improvements I love, like placing a throw very elegantly over my bed. They are a true delight to work with.
