"We hired Bill to do our kitchen remodel, which consisted of a small kitchen, dining and sitting area, all with the same floor in common. We had researched many, many contractors, partially because one had walked out on us just prior to cabinets being ordered. Needless to say, we were somewhat guarded when we had to start the search all over again. Bill was very personable and patient from the start. He communicated well, provided a detailed quote, and answered our many questions along the way. Bill and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. It was apparent that they were skilled craftsmen, who took pride in their work and cared about the finished product. Bill made it clear from the start he wanted us to be happy at the end of the job. We noticed things along the way that other contractors would have or could have cut corners on, but Bill and his crew were very detail-oriented and worked together to find the right solutions. He uses quality subcontractors, and it was very comforting to hear them speak highly of him as well. We now have the beautiful kitchen we had waited so long for thanks to Bill and his crew, and we would highly recommend them. Bill knows how to run a business. Thank you, Bill!"

"After looking around for couple of months & being tired of doing so, we finally nailed down on the Basic Basement Companies for our basement finishing project and boy was it a great decision or what! We did not want a cookie-cutter design & wanted it done our way with the highest degree of quality but also in a quick time frame. I must mention here that they checked all the boxes & more...they were really top-notch through the entire gig! We started the project in Feb 2020 but had to stop soon due to the COVID-19 situation. One other key thing that I'd like to call out is that they have different teams for different kinds of work (that helps with the expertise & precision of every job) but everyone came with the required PPE to ensure safety during these unprecedented times. I highly recommend Basic Basement Companies for any remodeling projects that anyone might want to do in their respective homes."

Very neat and does his best to minimize impact to daily living. Most recently, we had a basement completely refinished. The job was completed quickly, on budget, and with good quality workmanship. He also had great recommendations for design/materials. Previously, he completed a full bathroom remodel. "Good things can come in small packages! Thanks to Mark and his crew my small 1950's bathroom looks amazing. The bathroom was shrouded in mud tiles on the walls and mosaic tiles on the floor which required extensive demo. His crew stripped it to the studs and turned it into a bathroom that's bright, clean and cheerful. Likewise my small kitchen required much the same demo. With Mark's help and design suggestions I now have a beautiful, spacious kitchen (without having to increase the square footage). My family and friends are blown away by how open and large my small little kitchen suddenly became without actually extending it. We also have a connected breakfast nook in which Mark created an 8' wide pantry closet by breaking through the rear of our garage! Another terrific plan! It was such a pleasure working with Mark and his crew. It became very obvious early on that they strive for perfection and it absolutely shows in their finished product.
