"We hired Bill to do our kitchen remodel, which consisted of a small kitchen, dining and sitting area, all with the same floor in common. We had researched many, many contractors, partially because one had walked out on us just prior to cabinets being ordered. Needless to say, we were somewhat guarded when we had to start the search all over again. Bill was very personable and patient from the start. He communicated well, provided a detailed quote, and answered our many questions along the way. Bill and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. It was apparent that they were skilled craftsmen, who took pride in their work and cared about the finished product. Bill made it clear from the start he wanted us to be happy at the end of the job. We noticed things along the way that other contractors would have or could have cut corners on, but Bill and his crew were very detail-oriented and worked together to find the right solutions. He uses quality subcontractors, and it was very comforting to hear them speak highly of him as well. We now have the beautiful kitchen we had waited so long for thanks to Bill and his crew, and we would highly recommend them. Bill knows how to run a business. Thank you, Bill!"

"Good things can come in small packages! Thanks to Mark and his crew my small 1950's bathroom looks amazing. The bathroom was shrouded in mud tiles on the walls and mosaic tiles on the floor which required extensive demo. His crew stripped it to the studs and turned it into a bathroom that's bright, clean and cheerful. Likewise my small kitchen required much the same demo. With Mark's help and design suggestions I now have a beautiful, spacious kitchen (without having to increase the square footage). My family and friends are blown away by how open and large my small little kitchen suddenly became without actually extending it. We also have a connected breakfast nook in which Mark created an 8' wide pantry closet by breaking through the rear of our garage! Another terrific plan! It was such a pleasure working with Mark and his crew. It became very obvious early on that they strive for perfection and it absolutely shows in their finished product. "We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

We got our wallpaper removed and walls painted in one of our bedrooms. Wallpaper removal is super tedious and they did a phenomenal job. Even did a couple extra things without being asked, which we really liked! We were very happy with the quality of work, so much so, that we asked them to do another job for us - repairing our shed in the backyard. Once again, they delivered great work in a very timely manner. Will definitely plan on using this company again in the future for other home improvement jobs!"
