"I can only suggest one thing - Call Richard for any painting or power washing projects. Don't walk, Run to your phone. This guys and his son were amazing. I was in a pinch to get a room painted, power washing deck, patio and pool area as I was in the process of selling my home. Rich came on time. Gave me a fair quote. And best of all was able to rearrange a few other projects to fit me in to what I would call a small window of time I had. Work was professional and clean. But wait there is more! Power washing of the deck took a bit too much color out (Rich had said he would be aware to keep the pressure down a bit). But when it was done it really needed to be stained. No hesitation. Rich knew it had to be stained. Again he re-arranged his scheduled and came on a SUNDAY to finish the project. Now I am not saying to expect this on every job.
