we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr. 

We are very happy.

"Great Experience with Kevin guiding us with the proposal of a Central Air and Furnace replacement. Very professional and answered all questions timely. No hard sell at all. We did have an existing Lennox AC. The install team of Shakil, Ty and Brandon were just as professional. True to their proposal, they came in and installed both systems in one day.
