Hector, the owner, came out with two of his crew members the day before the 4th of July to replace both my AC and furnace. They arrived right at 8am and worked nonstop until 6:30pm to make sure everything was done perfectly. Throughout the job, they found a few unexpected issues, but Hector and his team kept me informed the entire time and handled everything with professionalism and care. I was so impressed by their hard work, attention to detail, and clear communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and dedicated HVAC company, I highly recommend VIP HVAC. After our regular HVAC maintenance company claimed to be too busy, we researched an alternate and found excellent reviews for Challenger. Access to our roof AC system is a bit tricky. It was no problem for Jorge of Challenger. He easily navigated the approach and the scuttle. The AC was in tiptop share in less than an hour, portal to portal. "We recently had the pleasure of hiring Dawson Mechanical to have a new Navien tankless water heater installed. This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch. In short, we were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Dawson for our future plumbing/HVAC needs."

"Sam and AJ are the best! Submitted a request on Angi yesterday afternoon, received an immediate call back saying they could be here within 2 hours to diagnose an issue with our central A/C air handler in our attic. AJ was here promptly, and immediately went to work systematically checking through each part of the system. Side note - it must have been 115 degrees in the attic while he was working, didn't seem to bother him at all! Within 2 hours, he had identified a failed motor, sourced the parts, and gotten me a very reasonable quote for replacement. Parts arrived the next day, when he and Sam came out to install, got the whole system back up and running normally, and cleaned up. They did the job for the price they quoted, in the time they quoted it, without trying to sell me an entire new A/C system.... can't tell you how much that's appreciated. First time customer, but will definitely be using them for our boiler service as well. Fantastic service. Could not be happier I found them."
