The entire team was very proactive, friendly, and professional. Rob and Brian were very good at communicating and addressing my concerns. The answering service were proactive on putting us in touch with the right people. The job it self was done very fast and though we hope not to have issues in the future for sure it will be our first choice to call if ever we need plumping or heating services.

I had a broken an leaking toilet that I needed replaced that day because it was the only toilet in the house. Got an initial quote of $329 but when the Plumber got here they gave me a price of $598. I was told the quote was made from a national average and it was Angi's quote and some other B.S. but it was the quote I was given by them? I had no choice but to get the repair! What happened to the quote and the 20% Angi's discount? Bad Tidings for a desperate Senior Citizen!

Very satisfied with their service and workmanship. Our boiler stopped working 3 days before Christmas and we had a houseful of guests. Brian diagnosed our issue quickly and work hard to find the replacement parts we needed. All good now.

Ian and his partner (sorry for forgetting your name) were awesome. They definitely take pride in their work and leaving everything nice and clean. I’ve dealt with a few plumbers previous to them and these guys impressed me from the door. They pulled out there own mat and wiped there feet, explained everything before and after, pricing was amazing for a Sunday night emergency call. We had an issue with our water heater and needed a diagnostic performed. Good Tidings was very responsive and was able to quickly schedule someone to come by within a day. Once they arrived, they were very courteous and professional, able to figure out the issue, and presented repair options for me to choose without any pressure. Another great service from GOOD TIDINGS. Steve and his assistant came in and explained thoroughly the job that needed to be done and offered great advice for preventative maintenance.
