Mr. Batista was very kind and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our boiler very quickly and was able to replace the broken part and saved us thousands of dollars within a few days. We were very worried, because our usual HVAC company quoted us over $10000 for a replacement. We are so thrilled that Mr. Batista was able to help us! He's a wonderful person! I came across Ray's HVAC by coincidence. They happened to be working in my office building. I figured if they're good enough to work on my building, it's worth giving them a call. We needed a new furnace and AC unit. Ray was straightforward with his estimate and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was very reasonable. Isaiah and Junior did the job, and I can't say enough nice things about them. They were polite, clean (work area was left spotless), and very knowledgeable. Explained everything they did and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Ray and his team.
