"Dave (Dawson Mechanical) is awesome. He is the only plumbing company I use. His knowledge is on another level and he runs a great company. It is easy to get an appointment and he responds right away. You can feel confident, if you have an emergency or non-emergency situation you that can get touch with him. In the past he installed a new boiler, furnace and converted us over to gas from oil heat. The work he and the guys did on the furnace/boiler is so good that other contractors comment on it. It really is a work of art - very neat. Most recently, he helped fix a bad plumbing job a contractor did during a bathroom model. The bottom of the toilet was flooding and the shower made a gurgling noise every time the toilet was flushed - it was an annoying odd problem. John came over during the covid pandemic, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution. He wore gloves, a mask and maintained space between us. I am very impressed with his expertise and the level of detail and attention he works with. However, I shouldn’t have been surprised based on how great of a company Dawson Mechanical is. He hires quality technicians. Lesson learned - dont let the contractor do plumbing work. I will definitely use Dawson Mechanical again."

"Had new boiler installed They are very professional Very efficient And good quality work Would definitely recommend them"

"Tom did an incredible job. We had no heat and no hot water with freezing temperatures outside. We were told by other companies that the boiler was beyond repair and had quotes from $16,000-$21,000. When I told Tom I was told the boiler could not be repaired, he insisted on seeing it for his own evaluation. He came in on a weekend and fixed it for a completely reasonable and affordable price, saving us over $15,000! Best of all our heat and hot water are both back and the house is once again warm and toasty! We are saving his number and will hire him again without hesitation. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy."

"A boiler part is needed and was ordered."

"Very satisfied with their service and workmanship. Our boiler stopped working 3 days before Christmas and we had a houseful of guests. Brian diagnosed our issue quickly and work hard to find the replacement parts we needed. All good now."

"I had such a great experience with Liv Air! They serviced my boiler, and from start to finish the process was seamless. Leo is incredibly professional, easy to speak with, and genuinely such a nice person. He?s honest, reliable, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. The technician who came to replace the parts was also wonderful ? very clean, respectful, and efficient. I?ve dealt with other companies before, but no one even comes close to the level of service Liv Air provides. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and they answer calls right away, which is so rare these days. I?m honestly taken back by how great they were. I highly recommend Liv Air!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"The boiler repair was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!"

"Zach from PipeWorks came today to install a new kitchen faucet and do an annual clean/diagnostic of the basement boiler. In both cases, he discovered and patiently explained upgrades and replacements, which he performed expertly. He also answered all of my questions with care â including the dumb ones â and explained the charges clearly. Zach didnâ t try to upsell me anything unnecessary â he did what he needed to do and didnâ t do what he didnâ t need to do. Finally, heâ s a very nice and polite guy, which made the event comfortable and trustworthy. Iâ m thrilled with my upgraded faucet, which works perfectly, and glad to have the boiler in tip-top shape for the season. I happily recommend Zach and PipeWorks to be your in-home experts for fixes and recommendations."

"One of Gold Medal service rep stopped by to assets the project. He was very knowledgable and informative. He explained the benefit of having this type of service done by a professional person. I immediately hired them to install the gas line for my dryer. Unfortunately, I could not complete the job due to family circumstances. The rep understood and was the job was canceled without any penalty."
