"We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave. Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler. Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come. "7/30/19 contacted Home Advisor for a plumber referral because plumber we were using could not resolve the issue. Tom Brady called within five minutes of me submitting the inquiry. I forwarded information regarding the air switch error code, so he could research the issue for our condensing boiler. He followed up with NTIs Tech Support to fully understand the error code and possible solutions. We set up an appointment for 8/8 for him to assess the system. The first thing he did was check the air intake for obstruction and found a honeycomb nest. The previous plumber said there was no need to check the intake so never checked. He assessed the system, identified parts to be replaced, and set up an appointment to return to install parts and recharge the system with glycol anti-freeze which the previous plumber did not do. 8/21- Tom returned, installed parts, checked and adjusted the CO2 (which the previous plumber could not do because he did not have the tool), recharged the system, and advised our 15-year-old boiler was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. This was a relief given the previous plumber suggested it did need to be replaced. We are thrilled with Toms service and highly recommend him. He is thorough in his research and demonstrated he is a highly skilled plumber in analyzing/repairing our system. Since he completed the work we have on-demand hot water every time we called for it."

"After contracting the installation, the company performed 2 walkthroughs to determine the BEST way to complete the installation. They determine the installation would take two days. The installation crew arrived early on both days. The installers and their work were neat and clean. They cleaned up after the installation, including vacuuming in the house. Dave, the chief installer, treated our house as if it was his. The equipment works as advertised. We could not be more satisfied with the work. From the first meeting to the last equipment check, VERY professional. The pictures show the compressor installed on the roof attached to the chimney, and the main inside unit installed between two windows."
