"Last few years been having trouble with sink drain in 2nd floor bathroom. Reached out to MA service. Really liked the service and treatment we got from them. Entered home with booties, which won my wife over. Cleared the drain after seeing it was very difficult and messy. Gentlemen was very professional, descriptive and thorough. Extremely satisfied with service and would highly recommend"

I’ve been working in plumbing and Drain Cleaning for over 7 years, currently serving the greater Hudson Valley Area of NY, Northern NJ and Pike County PA. I take real pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. Whether it’s a simple fix or a full system overhaul, I treat every job like it’s my own home. My goal is straightforward, show up on time, do clean work, and leave you with zero headaches.

"Offered options: purchase another like it or purchase one from Advanced. I told them to go ahead and put one in. They put the old one back together that day, came back in 2 days, removed old one, installed new one. Haven't priced water softeners in years so no idea if price was good but seemed reasonable. Quick, neat clean-up, great machine. Couldn't be happier."

"Leo gave me a "No Haggle" price to supply and install a new Clack Water Softener, and I was quite happy about it. He came on appointed time and installed it. Took time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend him."

"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"I cannot say enough positive things about Chris and Roger of Purely Water. They are true experts when it comes to water quality and purification. The subject can be quite confusing when getting so many different opinions. These guys know their stuff and are the ultimate when it comes getting clean water. They took the time to discuss things with me at great length even before I was a client. I also must comment on their excellent integrity. I ended up not using their services because they suggested a more cost efficient way to solve my issue. Despite not working with them in the end, this was a very positive experience and I am very grateful to them."

"I am so please that I researched and found this company on Angie's List. James & Mark are both professional/courteous and knowledgeable. They work with you and explain everything so you understand everything before the work begins. They respect your time and your home. I WOULD/WILL definitely recommend them & use them again. K."
