I have had the system in my home for over three years and it requires little if any maintenance. The system works well and is totally autonomous. The amount of salt used is quite minimal to prevent bridging. Victor and his staff are on top of their game when it comes to service as well. My system started to leak around the fittings and I had call Victor to see what can be done. He immediately had a person at my home and problem solved in less than 2 hours. The service technician was also helpful in giving me pointers for making sure future issues will be minimal.

The technician showed up on time. Because we want to finish our basement at some point, we discussed the best placement for the water softener. We also had a water purification system installed under the sink for drinking water. The whole job was done quicker than I expected and was done neatly. We noticed a difference in the water right away! And the drinking water is great, so no more spending money on bottled water! We are very happy with the install of both products!

Great experience, Victor was very thorough and answered my questions. Also, the installation crew was great, they were able to place my reverse osmosis system in the basement and run a line to my refrigerator as well. They also cleaned behind my appliances:) no other handy man/plumber has ever offered.

Victor was wonderful to deal with. He discussed all of the options and pros and cons. He said that the installation crew would test the water before installation but they did not do this. I was working from home so not on top of it. They did wear masks, and were efficient. Water quality fine now but if the water were too acid for the treatment to be used, it would have been a problem. Victor reached out and explained the situation. Completely satisfied and would recommend Aquatech without reservation. Had there been an issue, I have full confidence that it would have been resolved to my satisfaction.

My experience with Aquatech is really a great one. I called them on a Friday spoke with the owner Victor came to an agreement on the system and literally within two days my system was installed in my coffee shop up and running fully. All contractors should literally call this company up and speak to them about what real customer service is they were extremely punctual extremely reliable and they continue to service my equipment two years after the fact we are very pleased with them and look forward to having them install more systems As we expand. If I could give 10 stars I would and I m not just saying this for the sake of saying it these guys truly are what professional is all about.

Victor from Aquatech was simply awesome. He took the time to answer ALL of my questions regarding his estimate and the product he was installing. He educated me about the inferior products other contractors were proposing to use. At the end of the day we hired Aquatech and are extremely pleased with the water softener system and reverse osmosis unit under our sink. I highly recommend Aquatech for all of your needs!
