Chris and Sean, the service technicians, were cheerful, friendly, and professional. They quickly got all the way in there and assessed the leak in my 89 year old galvanized water pipe which was in a crawl space underneath my 200 year old house, cut out and removed the leaking section of 3/4 inch galvanized water line with a big hole in it, left to get a new part, quickly returned and installed it. The cost was $472.87 down from an estimate I received a day before from another plumber of $4,800. Thank you so much Chris and Sean!!!

The technician was professional, polite and efficient. However, he called his supervisor who tried then to talk me into getting additional work done. They said we needed new caps for the pipes, and some other work which would take a days work and cost around $1500 or so. I called our regular plumber about this who came over to check the situation. He said we have old pipes but they are ok and the work recommended was not necessary. Although Roto-rooter did a good job re: the problem of clogged pipes, I feel that they took advantage of me by trying to promote additional work for them and money from us.

Everything went great.  The service techs were at my house right on time and ready to work.

They replaced my kitchen faucet and cleaned up beautifully after they were finished.  I then

asked them to walk through my house and check for any possible plumbing issues that they could see.

They pointed out a few possible pipes in the basement that looked like they could potentially leak.

I'm having them back to perform the recommended repairs that they saw.

Tech came to the house on time ready to work at 8:30 a.m.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the kitchen sink.

They were really nice, courteous, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The office was nice and the price was competitive. It was a really nice experience and I would use them again.

I Called Roto-Rooter because my basement was flooding with sewage water every time we used anything in the house.

They answered the phone promptly and professionally. Not only did they send someone out right away, but the technician wore shoe covers the whole time. It was A++++ service from start to finish.

They cleared the blockage and provided a written warranty when the work was completed.

The technician Jason also informed my wife and I that Roto-Rooter is a fully licensed plumbing company and any plumbing services we may need in the future, they can provide. I think we found our new plumber.

A week later our basement started flooding again. We called them and they informed us we would get a phone call from the technician. 12 hours later they called us back to let us know a technician was on his way. At that point we already had someone come to stop the flooding. They mentioned they called us back that night but my husband and I were up til 5am cleaning, no one called us back that night.

They were fine with the repair. When it came to the clean-up, they wanted 3000-4000 to do the clean-up so we did not go with them for that. They did a good job with the repair but I was a little discouraged with the cost of the clean-up.

Punctual, professional, clean/neat, knowledgeable. Very fair pricing. Locally owned business. I have already used them again. Definitely recommend!

We had a clogged shower drain on Friday night. Saturday morning they showed up right on time and after some discussion on price they snaked the pipe clearing the blockage. They were able to clear the blockage in about 30 minutes which was great. The convenience of creating an appointment on line and their punctuality is really great. They are expensive but they may work with you if you ask.

The technician, James, came out and I was very pleased with him. They came as promised. They quickly identified the problem, fixed everything, and went on their way. They will be coming back to do future projects.

Very responsive and professional. They did a nice, neat and clean. They customized the installation to fit our existing gutter drains.

My husband and I had struggled to work on it several times, but it did not improve, so we called Roto Roter. They told me that someone would be there on the same day between noon and 3pm. Brian showed up within the time frame. He was very efficient and did what he had to do with his equipment. We were very impressed and pleased that he was able to do the work so quickly. He was able to get the drain opened and running beautifully. It was a good experience.

They were punctual and did not leave any mess. They honored their warranty even though there were only 6 days left on the warranty. They were expensive. It took them a long time to diagnose the problem, and I had to pay for that time.

I had some other companies come and they wanted to do the work through the toilets and wanted to charge $800. Roto Rooter insisted on finding the main line and he found it and charged me the least amount of money. He was super, super clean and he laid down tons and tons of towels on the floor so his machines wouldn't dirty my house. When he finished he asked for paper towels and he insisted on cleaning. While he was doing the work, he insisted on educating me on my main line sewer system even though I didn't want to be educated. He said that I needed to know so that was really good. He cleaned up and he was really efficient. He charged me the lowest amount of money. He was very responsive. His name was William.

It went ok. The young man was on time. He had some problems removing the tub stopper that was lodged in the tub-still is but not impacting the drainage. He then proceeded to snake the drain. It's been about 3 weeks now and the drain continues to work fine. I would have like a lesser price(who wouldn't)but in general prices in my area are high. All in all I was satisfied with the work.

Plumber spent about two hours working on the problem with a power snake. He had a pretty easy time entering the drain as I know something about clearing drain plugs with wax on threads; but only someone as myself would think of this as I owed a hardware store for 35 years! I didn't think the price was necessarily cheap but I'm a senior citizen with money values that alarm me.
