"Situation resolved!!!! This started off as a little bit of water in the corner of the basement but escalated very quickly with the snow melt. Sean was here the same day I called to assess the situation and began work shortly after. They had to chop up the entire perimeter of the basement floor to install the french drains. This is definitely messy work and they never left a mess behind. All the guys were great and the work was well done and in a very timely manor. HUGE amount of stress has been lifted and thank you to Century Masonry and Waterproofing for making the process relatively painless."

After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. Sam was affable and a bit aggressive with sales pitch but mostly returned calls in a timely manner. Work was adequate, but there were mistakes made - low spot on walkway that collects water next to foundation, crooked edges, uneven placement of some concrete. They left a mess, splattered concrete on house siding that required power-washing to remove; dirty greasy handprints on vinyl siding that needed scrubbing to remove, lots of gravel left on lawn; broken drain pipe, left forms on-site for over a week despite constant calls."
