"Situation resolved!!!! This started off as a little bit of water in the corner of the basement but escalated very quickly with the snow melt. Sean was here the same day I called to assess the situation and began work shortly after. They had to chop up the entire perimeter of the basement floor to install the french drains. This is definitely messy work and they never left a mess behind. All the guys were great and the work was well done and in a very timely manor. Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. And all cement shingles were replaced and sealed. Long days and quality work at a fair price. Home is now secure from water damage for the future."
