"In the last few years, we've been getting huge puddles of water all over our basement floor. Never happened before. Some stretched all the way across the floor. Took hours of work with a shop vac to suck it up and days for the floor to dry. In mid-September, we hired Once & Done Waterproofing. They had the lowest price and specialize in our kind of problem. Work was completed in just one day and very tidily done. Very hard-working crew. But it was a leap of faith waiting to see if that work would be successful.
