You did a good job at a very fair price which included a 10% senior discount and a 5% discount for researching your business! You also cleaned up the area before you left, what more could I ask? I contacted them in regards to a toilet leaking from the bottom of the toilet. He came within 2 hours of the call at 10:30pm. He was able to diagnose the problem and referred me to another company that was also very good and honest. He called to follow up the next day to ensure everything was working properly.

The work went well! Bret was a very honest, fair and knowledgeable plumber. I had a very difficult job for him where I needed my tub faucet upgraded as well as the inside part of my toilet replaced. Bret spent many hours over what he predicted to get the job done despite many hardships. His workmanship and interaction with clients was very admirable and I would highly recommend him!

Bret arrived as scheduled, listened as I explained my problem, used the appropriate tools and power equipment to unclog my below grade 60 year old cast iron drain system. Reviewed video camera to check for any issues with my pipes, and did a very efficient job.Friendly and yet professional specialist. Highly recommend his service if you want your sewer pipes cleaned correctly. Only guy Ill use if future needs arise

My experience was great. When I put in the request through Angi, Bret called quickly. I explained the issue was the kitchen faucet, that I thought it was bad. I sent him a pic of existing conditions so he could save everybody time and get an appropriate faucet from the supply house before ever coming to my house. When he was here, he looked at everything, confirmed conditions, gave me a price right away, and also explained why he liked the selected faucet vs other options. We agreed on terms and he came back the next morning and fixed everything. Nice guy, very pleasant, cleaned everything up very nicely when finished as well.

It went great! Bret responded really quickly to my inquiry ! He had a full schedule and was very willing to fit us in only a few hours later! He worked hard and resolved the problem quickly! Bret Norton arrived ahead of schedule for our appointment and efficiently solved our plumbing problems. He accurately diagnosed both of our issues and corrected both problems within about a 30 minute time period. His pricing makes him a bargain...we highly recommend Bret for any plumbing issue.

Owner was very resourceful, knowledgable, and helpful. He arrived the day and time he said he would, he was in clean attire (even though this was his last job of the day), and he had all neccesary tools and equipment to complete the job immediately. His prices are extremely fair. Handled himself just as a gentleman should. I will absolutely hire him when I am in need again. 100% approval in my book.

Brett came over right away. He saw the problem right away and knew exactly.what needed to be done. Not a easy job considering my low ceiling in basement. He came over a second day because of an outdated drain plug. I f this wasn't enough, he called me the following day to make sure all is well. Great guy and willing to go the extra mile.
