"I move out of state. My delivery was late. I filed a claim that was a waste of time. They come up with a settlement of $74. Make that make sense. They broke 2 glass tables, broke a standing fans, broke a few drinking glasses that was in a box labeled fragile (glasses). The majority of my boxes were damaged like they were kicked or thrown around. I was charge for the use of an elevator that wasn't used. The only thing I'm thankful for is they didn't damaged my 2 televisions or my large glass table. $74 doesn't cover anything. I paid them thousands of dollars. I'm highly upset and pissed. I will not ever use them again. "

After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "On the morning of the move they showed up an hour earlier which was fine. They started moving things once everything was loaded in the truck we are told how much they are charging us for them wrapping big items for transport which was fine we knew they had a packing fee. But then we are being told we have to pay for fuel, at the initial walk through weeks prior we were told we didn?t have to pay for fuel. They took the fuel charge off but then charged us $138 for tolls which was insane from CT to PA and then they took a hour lunch break and put it down as a extra hour of drive so we had to pay for 4 hours extra. Our final number increased by $1000 dollars, we knew the original number was just an estimate but for the final number to increase by $1000 is insane. "

"We moved yesterday and had an Amazing experience with First-Rate Moving! When I called and left a message - Csabi called me back immediately and scheduled to meet with us the very next day. Csabi was so nice and explained everything perfectly! On moving day we had five Fantastic guys lead by Foreman Javier! They were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Their price was the best and I was skeptical after reading other reviews where people said they increased the price upon arrival. I inquired about this and my sales rep said this is usually for additional items not included in the quote, which makes sense. As I was packing I called Aaron to add things so there were no surprises at the cost of my move. The guys showed up on time and drove my furniture to my elderly parents' house in Delaware, where they kindly set up the bed at no extra charge. Aaron was wonderful and responsive the whole time. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend."

"Updated: This company is horrible. They ruined all of my furniture and some intentional. They didn't have anyone to come fix it. They said that even if the truck caught on fire, I will receive $300 for all of my belongings from them. This is not a moral company and not one to trust. If you care about your belongings, don't trust them."

They were hours late, couldn?t find my easy-to-locate house, and only sent one mover. Then they tried to extort more money despite me overpaying in advance for extra space?and only backed off when I refused and they pressured me to leave positive reviews. They harassed me for days trying to force an earlier delivery after I clearly told them multiple times no one would be there. No inventory list was made, they rushed the drop-off, and tried to pressure me into signing paperwork saying everything was delivered when it wasn?t. A brand-new refrigerator ?accidentally went to Miami,? then they denied ever picking it up, then fought paying me for it until I refused to sign. Boxes and furniture are still missing, including irreplaceable items, and they stopped returning calls. They lied about being family-owned, lied throughout the proces"
