"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. "Plumber arrived within the specified time period set by the company. He was a professional with 17 years experience and was quite knowledgeable. He installed the toilet that I provided in an efficient manner, tested for leaks and cleaned up the area. Carried the old toilet to the curb. He also put a new handle that I provided on the shower valve that stopped the leak, thus avoiding a further cost to us!"

They laid the french drain, installed window wells, and also installed steel pins in one wall which was buckling a little due to water pressure. We needed to get Building and Plumbing permits which delayed the project a little but Jay and Crystal were able to get the permits and also work with the inspectors to close the permits.
