A manager visited to check quality and progress. They attended to details I pointed out; however, they have an eye for detail, with tools and skills to match. We are looking at additional work sealing stucco around windows and along paving seams. The value for money - we completed 13 units for the cost of replacing the walk, steps and stoop of our worst unit.
