Hired them for a French drain installation. The drain sits above the affected area so it's ineffective at getting water out of the needed zone. The installers also left concrete residue on our walls.

Dr Guys came in inspected the house and came out and did the work. After 2 weeks after they dug the trench and added the sump pump water came in on the trench side and the sump pump was not working. I called them and told them I needed service on the sump pump and they said okay we will send someone out. No one followed up or showed up. I called and emailed the second time and two managers responded and said we will try and get someone out there and refer it over to management. The third and last time I followed up the manager said I didn’t know it was not done yet and I referred it out to management. This third attempt had me going on 3 or 4 months since I requested servicing after two weeks. The fourth attempt I called and no one picked up. Now I’m on the hook for paying another company to fix their sump pump because water is coming in through the trench they made which was supposed to stop it and their sump pump is defective. I have a warranty they are supposed to honor which they are not honoring and now I have to pay someone else to fix an issue they guaranteed me I have a warranty on. I am disappointed in the service and wish I had someone who would have responded and honored their warranty. The last person I spoke with said I thought someone was sent out or they took care of it already I’ll send someone out after months of being misled and lied to. The warranty isn’t being honored and no one is responding and the sump pump doesn’t work this has been a bad first time experience.

Ok i guess. The work was completed in 1 day. The color was so off i had to contact them. They tried to dull the color but it is still very diffrent than the brick and mortar.

I thought the price was high. The price can come down a little bit. They get you by the ankles, you have got to get the work done and so you have got to pay. They were highly recommended by another company in Philadelphia.

Dry Guys did an excellent job installing our drain system, they upgraded our current sump pump and connected the new system to it..  They were very neat, cleaned up all the debris and left our home as it was when they arrived.  Dan was a very nice upstanding man to do business with.

They came out gave me an estimate. Then they came out in rain and started the work, but it was heavy rain so they stopped and came the next day. I was very impressed.I will recommend them.

The crawl space is now clean and dry.  The work was completed quickly and professionally.  I am happy with the job that was done.  It was expensive and, of course, I wish it was a bit cheaper but  I am pleased with the work Dry Guys did.  Also, I had a question after installation and their customer service representative was helpful and polite.  I will report back again in a year or so as to how the work holds up.

I thought they were a little expensive. Some of the work I was happy with some I was not. The communication was pretty good, no problem there. They were on time and neat. They cleaned up. They were young guys learning as they go. One had three months experience one had six. That kind of turned me off.

The installer then explained that we would need an additional DryTak System in order to actually have a dry crawl space, which would cost another several thousand dollars. This was rather devastating news because this had not been explained to us when Dry Guys various plans were shown to us. In retrospect it makes sense that a system that directs water to the pump is a better investment than a dehumidifier, but we are not experts in these matters and relied on the Dry Guys salesperson to advise us on the best plan given our home and our budget. When we spoke with our salesman about our disappointing experience, his comment had to do with our going something like "the cheap route". Well, yes, we had a limited budget, but obviously it should have been made explicitly clear that a in order to accomplish a dry crawl space it would require a much greater investment than what we were told it would. We feel this is a variation of the "bait-and-switch" technique.
Response from Dry Guys Waterproofing
"This was in 2006, and i will assure you when this came to our attention (even before we saw the post on Angie's list) we followed through with releasing the salesman that was on this job from our Company, as we found he was not holding his standards to the standards of Dry Guys. We would like to apologize on behalf of our Company for the inconvenience caused to you by us."
