"We are trying to find somebody to put a pool in. We called the one that Angie's List recommended and it is called Dig-M-Installers. I went to get the pool and the pool wasn't there. They didn't have the pool's parts. The other company is guaranteeing me that they will have it by the time Dig-M-Installers has scheduled the appointment. We got the quote from Dig-M-Installers. We got the paper work and everything from Dig-M-Installers. My wife got them from Angie's List. Their normal quote is 1029 dollars. I am getting a discount because it is before some date. I am getting it for 928. They are knocking off a 100 dollars. It was the only one on Angie's List and when we went on the phone book a lot of them sounded shaky. We took for granted that the one that Angie's List has was very good. The people that I came in contact with were very kind and very courteous. I saw an older man but to me they are all young as I am 70 years old. He was in his 40s and he was very nice. He was explaining to me how they would like to put it in, where they would like to put it, which would be the best situation where it won't cost me more money to have it done. They are very nice and clean. So far it is real good. They were very professional. Considering responsiveness, they were right back, right away. With this one man so far, it was very professional. I am waiting for them to install a pool and that is the next situation. I will know better once they install a pool."

"I had South Shore Pools perform my pool closing this year after tiring of the same old so-so service of my former pool care company. Don (the owner) arrived promptly and got right to work. He did not rush the job at all as he spent over 2.5 hours at my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Don took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. South Shore even comes back out in the fall or winter to add additional winterization chemicals to ensure a blue opening. His price was very fair and I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. Great job!"

"Overall it was excellent. They were very careful about making sure that we selected the right combination of products for a pool meant for a good lifestyle. They took into consideration that we had small children. We had a pool forty years ago and had steps that were narrow. So they put in a trim tile so that the steps could be identified easily. They were able to start my job in about a week after we made our decision of the renovation. The owner was actually a woman. They completed the renovation within four days. I thought that was pretty good. She came by everyday to check on the work. I thought the price was reasonable. The materials they used were very good. I would absolutely use their services again in the future."

Hi! The cost to refinish a standard 5ft tub in white or off white, would be $399. This assumes that the tub is not a jetted tub has not been done before (if it has, it will need to be stripped, add $100); and that the tub is in good shape structurally (no leaks, major cracks, or drainage issues). If this is a clawfoot tub, the above would apply to the inside only. To include the tub surround or if this is a 1pc fiberglass enclosure unit, add $250. If the work is different (sinks, counters, tile work etc.) we will need details and pictures, if you can. We'll get you a quote quickly. Our tubs come with a 5 year warranty, the job can take up to 4-5 hours to do, and cures in 16 hours to use. We use an acrylic urethane called GlassTech9000 and we also do the caulking, when applicable. We've been in business almost 50 years, refinished over 200,000 tubs, and have an A+ rating with the BBB.
