Dry-At-Last-Waterproofing

From the beginning of the job to the end, I was very happy with Dry-At-Last. Out of the four companies that came for the inspection of the crawlspace, Steve (the owner) was the only one who found an issue with the wall in the basement. The drainage system was extended, and now everything is bone dry. The workers were polite, hard working, and respectful.

Dry at Last is very efficient, attentive, polite and do what they promise.... great customer service. To soon to know if the project was successful but I would definitely recommend them.

Project: remove old waterproof system and install new drainage and sump pump. The entire project from start to finish was first class. Very professional company and very personable. They take as much time as they need to to explain the entire job in detail and make sure when they are complete you are 100% satisfied. Everyone and everything was on time an everyone was courteous and polite and treated my property with care and respect and left everything the way neat and completely cleaned up. With the system we had installed on all 4 walls we are guaranteed by them to not have any issue going forward and have a great feeling about the work that was done and quality and time they took putting it in.

Very prompt, on schedule, good quality work

We had major flooding in an old home. I looked these guys up and gave them a call. Steve, Danny and their entire team were OUTSTANDING! Steve explained the waterproofing process in detail which was a huge factor in our choice for getting the work done. Danny was great at communication during the entire process. They got us on the schedule and completed the work in the time that they said they would. Quality work with professionals. Definitely recommend these guys for waterproofing your basement!

Old school company with the foundation of building trust and treating you like part of the family. These guys truly know what they are doing. Their customer service and quality of work straight up put the other companies that I had out for quotes to shame. Killer job on putting back together our finished basement after all the work was done too.

Steve spent over an hour explaining every aspect of the job to me and making sure I was comfortable with what was going to be done. I appreciated his enthusiasm and knowledge. The system that was installed is working well and hopefully will for many years.

All work was professional and completed on time. Price was slightly lower than other companies. Work Forman explained what they did each day on the job. Four hours after completion we had a major storm that dumped 5â of water and our cellar was completely dry. I would recommend this company.

Absolutely GREAT Company to hire for waterproofing your basement!!A few weeks back my husband and I noticed some wetness in our basement and appeared that our front wall was bulging. I did some research on some waterproofing basement methods and on companies that provide the service. There is so much info on the internet it hard to confidently select a reputable company that will provide excellent work. Somehow, I was blessed to have found Dry-At-Last on HomeAdvisor. They were PHENOMENAL!!! Marcus came out to look at our basement. He did a thorough assessment of the issues and walked us through the entire process step-by-step. We hired them right then and felt confident we made the right decision. They started the job in less than a week and was done within 2 days. They were quick, efficient and everyone we interacted with was extremely personable, informative and was generally concerned that we were beyond satisfied. Peter was the job supervisor and he always kept us informed explaining everything that was going on as it was being done. I work from home at this time and the crew was mindful of the noise level because it did not interfere with my work at all! This was such a positive experience with this company we have decide to have them finish our basement (walls, flooring, etc). It’s too bad the star rating only goes up to 5. I would DEFINITELY give them more if I could.

We had received many estimates prior to Dry-At-Last. They were the best value and were the most professional from start to finish. We received a very prompt and courteous phone call to have someone come out for an estimate. With the current pandemic, they took proper precautions from the start. They began the work only about one week post estimate. They removed some old shelves in order to complete the job and did it without hesitation. We received a French drain, two sump pumps and some outdoor concrete work done. It was a large job and they did an excellent job. Only a few days after completion we had a massive rain storm. This was the first time in seven years that we had a dry basement! The entire team was amazing and they were very hard workers. We appreciate the respect that was shown and the professionalism. We will definitely be working with this company again for future home products. Thank you for taking away anxiety of a wet basement and for doing such a great job. The floor was so clean when we finished we joked that we could have eaten off of it! Dry-At-Last will definitely be recommended by us in the future. I had a mold problem in my basement and contact Dry-At-Last-Waterproofing. Steve and his guys did a great job installing a French drain in one section of the basement. Even though this was a small job that only required one wall, they did topnotch job that required drilling part of the basement, installing piping, and a sump pump to route any water that might come into the house. The finishing of the cement work was done very neatly. They were a very careful to keep all the dust to a bear minimum. Steve personally came out to check on the work and then after a big rain came to check that there were no water issues. They were a great company to work with.

The basement in my house has been wet or full of water in one way or another for as long as I can remember. 2 days after Dry-at-last finished in my basement it started to rain, and kept rain for 3 days straight...to my amazement my basement was dry! So dry I could walk around in socks. The work is top notch, professional, accurate, and clean. They were in and out in less than 3 days and left the place spotless. Steve answered every question and explained everything from start to finish. He was understanding and patient with all our concerns. Steve and all the guys take pride in the work they do and it shows. The waterproofing business is replete with con men and rip off artist taking people's money for shoddy work. Dry-at-Last is the antithesis of this and I will be calling on them again for more work in my home. Bottom line? Trust these guys, hire these guys. You won't be sorry.

From the sales process to the day of the project, through the closing out, this was a smooth process. More than enough workers came to the job and finished a major project in under 8 hours. I was impressed with the final quality of the work.
