"Leon did a fantastic job installing our new laminate floors. Ours was a challenging installation, replacing five different types of flooring across seven rooms. He leveled out the irregularities, corrected squeaks and other tough areas - he really pays attention to details. The individual planks are all beautifully laid out mindful of the pattern and location of the seams. Leon was extremely accommodating about our schedule as well, working around some delayed and shipping-damaged material. A true professional, we cannot recommend Leon too highly. "Minuteman floors came to my house in 5/30/25. I was requesting a quote to have my kitchen hallway and laundry room to have the linoleum removed and new flooring put down. He quoted me 2,510.00. He told me I would have to pay 50% so he could order supplies. I received an invoice via email for 1,255.00 which I paid via credit card on May 31. On the contract the estimated install date was 6/20-6/22. On 6/11 I received a call stating he was running behind due to the rain and he d called me in the beginning of the following week. I heard nothing from him so I called 6/23, 7/1, 7/2,7/10 and 7/14. Either his voicemail was full or I could leave a message which I did when I could get through. I never received a call back. On 7/3 I received an invoice for the remaining balance. On 7/1 I emailed the email where the invoice came from stating I have been unable to get any updates in my order and I wanted to cancel it. She assured me Stephen would call me back which to date he never has. I would like my 1,255.00 back and my order cancelled."

I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

Since that time, we have received no updates - despite numerous attempts to get an updated schedule. Since they were not responding to texts or calls, we sent a certified letter to the business asking for an update or our deposit back by December 1. Today is December 1 and we still have not heard anything from the business. The lack of communication feels deceptive. I am concerned that they are just trying to rob us of our deposit and am prepared to take legal action."
