Even after the bill is paid, we won’t disappear on you. We’ve been bringing quality products and services to our clients in Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, and Connecticut since 1967. "For the record: The 1st day after completion of job you had some concerns. We were there the next day. We agreed to come back the next day to address these concerns. We even worked out a schedule with the painter. You said NO I will let you know when. One week later we reached out to you to follow-up. You stated that you were hiring another floor company to do the work. We asked which company because since you had already paid us we would be responsible to work out payment. At that time you told us you stopped payment on the check and you were not ready to have the work redone at this time. We explained stopping payment after receiving a service is a felony. We once again told you we would go in and take care of any concerns. We then gave you another week to make arraignments and pay us in full. To no avail. We then contacted the State Police who gave you the option of paying or getting arrested. To which you paid and still shorted us full payment. Please understand at no point did we not say we would not take care of this for you, and even after you stopped payment we still said we would take care of the floors."

"Firstly I'd like to apologize for the confusion. I was playing golf. As a new business owner you will soon learn how important private time is. The missing of your 3rd(90 minute round trip to your job) as I explained was unavoidable. I did not want to explain the private last minute tragedy that occurred for the person who was to make this 3rd 90 minute round trip. I did say we would deal with any imperfections that your contractor did not do properly. Which we did. At no additional cost to you. We also installed your floor in one day over 1600sq.ft. But alas you found our quality "C" "seems fine" If our price was only a "C" why did you not get other estimates? Our punctuality "F" we made 2 (90 minute)trips for your estimate and completed the job the day we agreed in half the time?. Professionalism "F" not really sure what else we could have done for you. In closing I will hope you can have the standards we did not for your new business. And hope that some customer does not try to undercut your new business with a misunderstood review."
"Thank You for taking the time to write your review. If I may explain. Your chose a floating floor. The area you are speaking of has no furniture on it. Therefore it is not held flush to the floor. That being said the floor has a deflection tolerance of less than an 1/8 inch. That means the floor is moving less than that. We did our best flattening and leveling.
