He knew just what to do to address some sagging floors and areas of the house that weren't correctly supported. He did all the work himself (he sometimes has his son work with him). I have no idea how he was able to complete all the work on his own, especially pouring new concrete footings in a very small crawl space! He is a machine!!! He is meticulous in his work and really goes above and beyond. He left our basement cleaner than when he started!!! He’s a super nice man and it was a pleasure having him work on our house."

The whole job was finished ahead of schedule which allowed for our 18 month old granddaughter to come for an earlier visit! Wright straightened the wall, installed French drains on two sides of the house, insulated the interior walls and ceiling of the basement, and installed a thick plastic vapor barrier on the floor. They poured about four inches of cement on the floor and installed a heater that will keep the temperature above freezing in the basement. This makes it easier to turn on the water and to heat the upstairs if I come up in the winter. The cost was about $40,000. I was very pleased with Wright's workmanship, responsiveness and the quality of their staff. I would recommend Wright without hesitation to anyone with an engineering problem."
