His crew worked extremely hard in extreme heat. We don’t have any trees near our roof so they were in the sun all day. They never slowed down they kept a steady pace. They were at our home 2 days, they worked cash a team to complete the job and the clean up was done with precision each day. People going by we’re impressed with the professionalism of your company and of an amazing job. One of our neighbors is interested in your company doing his roof. "JPCarroll did a fabulous job on replacing my complicated, decrepit Victorian roof, completing it in a timely way and against adversity – they did the whole thing in the month of January in freezing temperatures and sometimes snow and ice. I interviewed five other roofers. However, their sales person took more time and provided far more specificity than any of the other others. Their bid was not the cheapest but turned out to be the best value by far. They went the extra mile to resolve many unforeseen problems, and the quality of work was high. Everyone I dealt with, owners, staff, and laborers, were courteous and responsive throughout. The job supervisor, Kevin, was thoughtful and included me on numerous decisions. Luke Carroll, production coordinator for the job, was always available to help, as was everyone else, even on weekends. We needed someone to repair our roof that has shingles thats been needing repair and they were able to deliver and spring into action within a day ! It was perfect as the rains were coming and the damage to our roof would have gotten worse.
