Thrasher has hands down been the best company I have ever hired. From the very first day I called them, they were the most professional, polite, and honest people I have ever seen. When Trevor came out to see what needed to be done (a leaking egress window, which was improperly installed by another company, Thrasher was there to fix their mistakes) he gave the most in-depth analysis of what the problem was I have ever seen. I had two other companies come and look at the same problem, one of which did not even go into the basement and gave me a cookie cutter answer. After Trevor told me what the problem was, he went in-depth on how they would fix it. He had brought a laptop in that showed me the exact products they would be installing, how it was installed, cost and everything in the most professional way I have ever seen, and this was on the spot! Once the work began they laid down plastic over the stairs, through the kitchen and to the garage to keep the house clean. Not only that, but they also turned off the HVAC system and covered it! Something I would have never even thought of. Again, the workers were polite and courteous, cleaned up after themselves and left the place in better condition than when they started. All in all, I cannot give them any higher of a praise. I hope that I never need their services again, but if I ever have a problem that they specialize in, they will be my first and only phone call for the repairs. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. "The work was excellent.  In addition, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the site.  They went beyond what we expected and what we paid for.  I had to remove a small section of fence to give them access to the sidewalk area.  I expected to replace the fence after they were done.  To my surprise, they replaced the fence and made it look better than it had before they started the work.  They even reconnected my drain pipe, which had nothing to do with their project.

"I am so happy with my new bathtub. Before they installed the tub, they removed the shower doors. They totally cleaned this areal. I was shocked at the buildup under the metal sliders where the doors move back and forth. Water and mold had built up due to a poor caulking job/installation of doors from the past before I had purchased my unit (not Rebath). How the water leaked inside was not visible. They also installed a grab bar so I could get in and out of the shower/tub more easily. The installer was friendly and took precautions when he brought in the new tub and set it in my livingroom. Rebath guarantees their work. They are eager to please every customer. If you have any issues after installation, they will gladly come back and address any issues free of charge. I was also amazed and pleased that the work was done in one day. I highly recommend their work and professionalism. I will definitely use Rebath again whenever I need remodeling.
