Since then, we've had 2 other consultations with the 3rd one being today. When we told today's salesman about our issues, he said he had really good news for us. He said the water issues we were having was more than likely a clogged floor drain. So he asked if he could turn on the water softener (which is normally programmed to run at night), and we said sure. Once he turned it on, the floor drain began to overflow. He asked us to watch it through it's cycle which takes about an hour. He left and sure enough, after about 45 minutes, I heard it at it's loudest point and went down to find water all over the floor in that area. So what will thankfully only cost us a minimal amount could have cost us thousands of dollars had we went with Thrasher."
