"Water Solutions installed an interior drain tile system around our full basement and installed a double sump pump system with a battery backup. After the recent storms our basement remained totally dry. I definitely recommend them."

"Dakota's team was great! So professional and knowledgeable. They installed a drain tile system at my home and I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Epp Foundation Repair!"
"The only reason this company gets an overall grade of C and not an F is because they are prompt and professional with emails, phone calls and showing up on time. We contacted this company (1 of 3 companies) to help us assess why we were having water issues in our basement, mostly in one concentrated area where our furnace, water heater and water softener are located. Long story short, the sales person assessed that we needed a very expensive sump pump. He also tried to sell us every other thing imaginable related to repairing basement water issues. By the time his bid was done, it was sitting at $17,000! He was very professional and took the time to look around in the basement and had an impeccable computer presentation but we were shocked at the upsell. Since then, we've had 2 other consultations with the 3rd one being today. When we told today's salesman about our issues, he said he had really good news for us. He said the water issues we were having was more than likely a clogged floor drain. So he asked if he could turn on the water softener (which is normally programmed to run at night), and we said sure. Once he turned it on, the floor drain began to overflow. He asked us to watch it through it's cycle which takes about an hour. He left and sure enough, after about 45 minutes, I heard it at it's loudest point and went down to find water all over the floor in that area. So what will thankfully only cost us a minimal amount could have cost us thousands of dollars had we went with Thrasher."
"Olshan is a great company. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. Expensive, yes, but quality work usually is AND worth it!! My hat is off to Alejandro and his crew. They were very careful to put down paper so as not to track mud into our home. They were very careful so as not to disturb the cable wires running along the foundation. These guys were just great, Thank you."
"I can't say enough nice things about P & R Concrete. Rosendo Puentes and his crew did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. I asked Rosendo if he would be here during our concrete work and he told me, "I am on every job." He was not only here on our job but he worked right along side of his crew. I personally think that is why he receives such great reviews because he is right in there doing the work with his guys. His crew is very nice and professional. They were here when they said they would be here and had the job done when he said it would be done. I am very pleased with their work. After they completed the job and had moved on to another job, we discovered that a dog had run across our wet concrete and left 6 huge paw prints! I called Rosendo and he offered to come back and see if he could do something. He promptly returned and they were able to remove the paw prints. This was above and beyond what I would expect. I would definitely have him do concrete work for me again and plan on recommending him to everyone I know."
"Customer service and project ideas were great! They were flexible with pricing and not restrictive on overall project ideas (I came up with an idea to combine two separate pipes into one french drain system, which they were more than willing to do) in order for me to save on cost. I definitely recommend Ram Jack of Omaha!"
Foundation Drain Installation questions, answered by experts
Costs depend on pump type, labor, and site-specific requirements like excavation or drainage lines.
If your basement often leaks after heavy rain, it’s probably caused by hydrostatic pressure. When the ground is saturated with water, it can put pressure on the exterior of your home’s foundation, causing cracks in the basement wall and pushing water through any existing weak spots. Over time, hydrostatic pressure can cause structural damage to your home.
Yes, it’s possible to install a sewage ejector pump outside rather than in a basement. However, there may be some extra steps involved, including running pipes from the inside to the outside of your home and digging (and re-filling) a hole for the basin. If you aren’t comfortable with this type of work, contact a plumbing pro to handle it for you.
Pooling or standing water in your basement should be cause for alarm and action. This indicates that there is a leak or a drainage issue, and until you repair the root of the problem, the situation will only happen again or grow in severity. It’s important to deal with water damage as soon as it occurs.
Standing water under your house can threaten its structural integrity. If water pools in your crawl space, it can damage the foundation and the structure above ground, causing wood rot, mold, and other problems. If you have a concrete foundation, standing water under your house can also make your foundation slabs crack.
