Terrible service, our front was sinking due to our fireplace. We got a quote ($28,000), for their "patented" footings - enormous metal poles under each of the house supports for the front. Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge.

The finished product is great, and much cheaper than other companies. The communication from the office was good, but lacking details about the job details/instructions for us like move the cars ahead of time, or how long to stay off the repaired surfaces. The crew on-site Was Federico, Martin and Antonio they called when they were on their way, had all the details we needed, & were professional.

As a project manager in the construction industry I can tend to be a little overbearing when it comes to hiring contractors to work on my own home. During the discovery/bid process Cody was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the issue and the options we had to remedy my problem. Their bid came in at a fair value and below what I was as expecting so we signed the contract to move forward with the work. Olshan installed 8 cable lock st piers to lift and stabilize our foundation. Alejandro was in charge of the actual work on our home and he is an absolute rock star. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was performed correctly. His crew was respectful of our home and got in and out as quickly and cleanly as they could. Alejandro answered all texts and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time and always kept me in the loop. Overall, foundation work is tough but Olshan made it look easy. Cody and Alejandro were exceptional throughout the process and I trust if I ever need anything in the future they will be there for me.

Olshan is a great company. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. Expensive, yes, but quality work usually is AND worth it!! My hat is off to Alejandro and his crew. They were very careful to put down paper so as not to track mud into our home. They were very careful so as not to disturb the cable wires running along the foundation. These guys were just great, Thank you.

Badly. Olshan deliberately laid the outside 'drainage pipe' which I have a 'warranty' on parallel to my basement wall instead of one end to the basement wall opening-other end 20 ft away. Then they made the tub they inserted into dug out basement floor too large & cheap $100 3 HP pump too small. Olshan incompetence flooded basement not drew the water out. On the contract they claim this is called 'Waterproofing'. Make sure you DEMAND the LAST name of Olshan's Crew Supervisor. Tell the Crew Supervisor you demand to see his ID in case you have to sue them in court later. They won't tell you his name other than DAMIEN as your 1 yr. warranties are on the 'drainage pipe Olshan places next to your outside wall so that the water rushes into your basement not away from it as they say it will. The 'sump pump' too cheap & small to pump out any water. Don't allow Olshan to drill holes in your basement floor. They don't know what they are doing. Tarring your basement wall from the outside is about as skilled as they get Olshan doesn't cement in the holes they leave on your basement floor. If you complain they want you to forfeit your warranties if they give you any small refund at all. Olshan doesn't want to back their work with warranties that's why they don't give any refund without getting your approval to cancel them. This is a shady company allowed to do business in Kansas because the Kansas Secretary of State's Consumer Protection Investigators don't investigate so aren't for Consumer at all. They send out letters & will agree with the Business instead of the Consumer who has plenty of 'evidence' as proof if they every tried to get out of their offices to look at the damage done. They are pro Shady business & won't send out any investigators to your house to see what Olshan did to your house.

They did an excellent job on repairing the foundation and it stopped the leak. The sidewalk they tried to lift with foam did not do so well. To their credit, they are coming back to make it right and they are going to replace the sidewalk. They even went above and beyond and because of that, we would definitely recommend them.

WARNING: The “lifetime, transferable warranty” is a marketing shell game, folks. I called them about an issue with work they’d done previously on my property but since the warranty had not been “transferred” within 3 months of sale, they say it is void. The requirement for “transfer” is buried in the fine print of the contract, requires an additional $100 payment and also very conveniently offers them a big, gaping loophole. As a result, does it mean they stand behind their work? Nope!

Great! Crew used plastic sheeting to contain dust. Constantly removed debris. Floated new concrete over the drain tile to match existing floor. Sump pump and discharge line works perfectly. No more ground water problems.
