"I have owned rentals properties in Lincoln for over a decade and I have hired a lot of contractors to do a myriad of work for the houses over the years. Thrasher has hands down been the best company I have ever hired. From the very first day I called them, they were the most professional, polite, and honest people I have ever seen. When Trevor came out to see what needed to be done (a leaking egress window, which was improperly installed by another company, Thrasher was there to fix their mistakes) he gave the most in-depth analysis of what the problem was I have ever seen. I had two other companies come and look at the same problem, one of which did not even go into the basement and gave me a cookie cutter answer. After Trevor told me what the problem was, he went in-depth on how they would fix it. He had brought a laptop in that showed me the exact products they would be installing, how it was installed, cost and everything in the most professional way I have ever seen, and this was on the spot! Once the work began they laid down plastic over the stairs, through the kitchen and to the garage to keep the house clean. Not only that, but they also turned off the HVAC system and covered it! Something I would have never even thought of. Again, the workers were polite and courteous, cleaned up after themselves and left the place in better condition than when they started. All in all, I cannot give them any higher of a praise. I hope that I never need their services again, but if I ever have a problem that they specialize in, they will be my first and only phone call for the repairs. "Olshan is a great company. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. Expensive, yes, but quality work usually is AND worth it!! My hat is off to Alejandro and his crew. They were very careful to put down paper so as not to track mud into our home. They were very careful so as not to disturb the cable wires running along the foundation. These guys were just great, Thank you."

"The gentleman that came out and gave me the quote was on-time and went through everything with me. Then I can home from work on a Monday and the yard had flags where the sprinkler heads were going, not knowing someone was going to be on my property. I had to called the office and was told they planned to install the system on that Friday, not asking me if that day would work or not. (This is where the problem started). Then on Wednesday they called and told me a piece of equipment broke and they had to push the schedule. We rescheduled for the following week. Friday, April 13th, the plumber came out to do their piece of work, they were subcontracted by Nature's Helper. This is where it go worse, the plumber decided to use my trash can (that was in use) to use a drip pan because he was being "Lazy" as he stated twice, along leaving a mess and leaving electronics close to the drain. (Luckily my electronics were not ruined). I called Nature's Helper on Monday, explained the disappointment in the plumbing company and the service I received. Nature's Helper apologized and had the plumbing company call me. The issue was resolved they day they came out installed my system. This is where the service was good again --Tuesday, April 17th, the installers showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. They did a nice job going thru and cleaning up their trash and explaining things. The 3 man team worked like a well oiled machine and were able to complete the job slightly a head of schedule. They explained they were going to drain the system due to the snow that was due. April 23rd, Justin came out can went thru the control panel and started up the system to make sure everything was working properly. There was a few things, as stated above, that caused me not to give them a "A" rating. But I would hire them again."

"Our driveway tear out and replacement went great. Crew got there about 10 am and immediately started to work on the demo. By the end of the day, they had removed all the old concrete in the driveway and front stoop, framed in the new drive and stoop, lain the sub-grade, and installed the rebar. They were back first thing the next morning to pour the concrete and finished before noon. Mike also put in wider expansion joints to combat the "street creep" that was the cause of our driveway and minor structural issues. We had an old basketball hoop set in concrete that that they removed for us and filled the hole in with dirt. My wife couldn't believe how fast the crew worked during the whole process and they did an excellent job of cleaning up both days they were there. I did have a bid that was $200 lower than but it didn't include rebar. Very satisfied with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
