"We did a lot of research prior to hiring Thrasher and we were not disappointed. Frankly I had been in denial (and fear) about the work I knew we needed done on our Midtown Omaha home because I was so concerned about the cost and impact on our brick Tudor. We had a crack in the brick near our garage and our basement had been leaking for a number of years with hard rains. From the start of the process, Thrasher was outstanding in terms of communication and education about what they do. Before we met with our Systems Design Specialist, Anthony, we had received e-mails and calls to confirm the date, along with a packet of educational materials about home foundations and waterproofing. When Anthony came to our home, he was very professional and performed a full inspection about our concerns. He prepared an estimate and we selected what was best for us following a thorough review of options he presented. The foundation work was completed first in ONE day. The basement waterproofing was completed the next week over a two-day time frame. The workers were very professional and arrived at the time they arranged with us. In regard to the basement waterproofing, we discovered one small issue. They came out immediately to correct this and all has been worked wonderfully since. We are very pleased with their work and commitment to customer service. Highly recommend Thrasher to anyone considering foundation or waterproofing work."

"As a project manager in the construction industry I can tend to be a little overbearing when it comes to hiring contractors to work on my own home. During the discovery/bid process Cody was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the issue and the options we had to remedy my problem. Their bid came in at a fair value and below what I was as expecting so we signed the contract to move forward with the work. Olshan installed 8 cable lock st piers to lift and stabilize our foundation. Alejandro was in charge of the actual work on our home and he is an absolute rock star. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was performed correctly. His crew was respectful of our home and got in and out as quickly and cleanly as they could. Alejandro answered all texts and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time and always kept me in the loop. Overall, foundation work is tough but Olshan made it look easy. "Our driveway tear out and replacement went great. Crew got there about 10 am and immediately started to work on the demo. By the end of the day, they had removed all the old concrete in the driveway and front stoop, framed in the new drive and stoop, lain the sub-grade, and installed the rebar. They were back first thing the next morning to pour the concrete and finished before noon. Mike also put in wider expansion joints to combat the "street creep" that was the cause of our driveway and minor structural issues. We had an old basketball hoop set in concrete that that they removed for us and filled the hole in with dirt. My wife couldn't believe how fast the crew worked during the whole process and they did an excellent job of cleaning up both days they were there. I did have a bid that was $200 lower than but it didn't include rebar. Very satisfied with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
