When Trevor came out to see what needed to be done (a leaking egress window, which was improperly installed by another company, Thrasher was there to fix their mistakes) he gave the most in-depth analysis of what the problem was I have ever seen. I had two other companies come and look at the same problem, one of which did not even go into the basement and gave me a cookie cutter answer. After Trevor told me what the problem was, he went in-depth on how they would fix it. Once the work began they laid down plastic over the stairs, through the kitchen and to the garage to keep the house clean. Not only that, but they also turned off the HVAC system and covered it! All in all, I cannot give them any higher of a praise. I hope that I never need their services again, but if I ever have a problem that they specialize in, they will be my first and only phone call for the repairs. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted.
