It went very well, they are always on time and if ever a delay they keep you in the loop. They clean up every day before you leave which is nice. I would highly recommend them. Their guy's are all so polite and friendly.

Work was done according to the plan; they followed up with additional corrections as needed.

They did a great job.

Tore off old shingles, replaced some plywood, and installed new roof in 1 1/2 days.  Everyone was professional and cleaned up well after the work was done.  Follow up to a question I had was prompt.

They completed tear-off and installation in less than two days.  Everything was cleaned up and the new roof looks great.  Spent time on the problem area around chimney and there has been no leaking.  We have had strong storms since install.  
Was very impressed with the professionalism and hard work of the crew. 
This is a fairly large roof and all the estimates were equal.  The selection was based on Angies' list and a GAF warrentee.

They were excellent.  They were very good and very attentive to detail.  They were easy to contact and there were no problems.  The people who did the work were very good.  Their price was very competitive.  There were no problems with the quality of the work what so ever.

The Contractors first of all gave us a thorough and prompt estimate for all of the work we wished to have done.  Their appearance and demeanor was congenial and down-to-earth.  (some of the other companies we got bids from were either very unprofessional or too polished or cheesy)
We obviously liked their bid the best and so went with Nelson.
From the beginning to the end they communicated every day during the project.  I would say they were especially tedious in making sure they did the details right and included all of our preferences correctly (e.g.- style/color of shingle, type/style of bathroom fixtures, style/color of stone facade for the porch, etc.. ) They were even patient with us when we were indecisive and changed our minds quite a bit.  They communicated well when there were snafus encountered....  As the unexpected always occurs, they let us know what was happening all along and whenever there was a decision where we could have input they let us make the call.
A couple times we had "hang ups" had to do with the slowness or lack of communication from a sub-contractor.  But in these cases Nelson did the communication with the subs and moved them along.
Nelson's workers were very friendly and did a good job of being polite to my kids and wife.  They were pleasant and very neat.  They left the work area every day swept clean.  As far as the roofing, they made sure all of the debris was cleaned up very well and left our yard just as they found it.
Also it's worth mentioning that they allowed us to do some parts of the project ourself - whenever possible.  E.G.- we picked out and purchased many of the bathroom fixtures, installed them ourselves, and painted ourselves.... thus allowing us to save some money. 
We have recommended Nelson Contracting to many others and will continue to do so.  
We will definitely have them do future projects for us.

Projects went well, on time, professional and work done very satisfactorily. All old materials cleaned up and removed.  Very Professional.

Very pleased with the look of my home. New siding and roof have been great and have had no issues. I like the look of the doors but the reason for the new doors was because in the winter we were having cold air come in and summer there was heat coming in. The new sliding door is awesome and the problem was corrected. There were 3 other doors replaced that still have these problems. Not sure if it is just the quality of the door or if it should have been reframed or something so this would not happen. You can see daylight coming through on the 3 doors. We have had to replace the handle on one of the doors and we still have problems opening the door. We never mentioned anything to them after the job was completed so they had no knowledge that the problem was still there. Overall we were pleased with the work they performed.

From the start to the finished we were VERY pleased with their work.  They arrived when scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner.  They took the time to explain what was going to happen next and what the estimated completion time was.  They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.

Did an excellent job with repairs.   Cleaned up each day after done.   Crew was always curteous and professional.

We had a few leaks and it is hard to get them to come back out. They were supposed to come back and paint the ceiling after the leak was repaired. However, they never came back out and I completed the painting myself. I would not recommend them to others.

They are really hard working and honest men. They are good people and did a really good job. I would recommend them to family and friends if they needed their roofs replaced.
