"The only reason this company gets an overall grade of C and not an F is because they are prompt and professional with emails, phone calls and showing up on time. We contacted this company (1 of 3 companies) to help us assess why we were having water issues in our basement, mostly in one concentrated area where our furnace, water heater and water softener are located. Long story short, the sales person assessed that we needed a very expensive sump pump. He also tried to sell us every other thing imaginable related to repairing basement water issues. By the time his bid was done, it was sitting at $17,000! He was very professional and took the time to look around in the basement and had an impeccable computer presentation but we were shocked at the upsell. Since then, we've had 2 other consultations with the 3rd one being today. When we told today's salesman about our issues, he said he had really good news for us. He asked us to watch it through it's cycle which takes about an hour. He left and sure enough, after about 45 minutes, I heard it at it's loudest point and went down to find water all over the floor in that area. So what will thankfully only cost us a minimal amount could have cost us thousands of dollars had we went with Thrasher."

Promptly returned my first call to provide the estimate. He beat the other companies called right off the bat. Provided a clear concise estimate and full explanation of work needed to be done.  Included the discount for using Angie's List and  provided a no excuse 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Called in advance to schedule the actual day of work and showed up promptly. He and his crew got right to work and was no nonsense. Once the job was done he pointed out that the door didn't seal correctly. We used a level to assure that the new surface was indeed level. It was obvious that the old garage door was probably warped which was indeed the case and I suspected as such. It was clear I really did need to get a new door along with addressing the settling issue of the concrete floor.

Rosendo promised that when the new door is installed that if for some reason it doesn't seal correctly according to the door installer he will come back and do whatever he needs to do to the floor to get a proper seal.

Folks, I don't know how you can beat that for quality customer service. It is quite obvious to me that Rosendo wants to be sure his customers are completely satisfied. Combine that with a timely estimate for service, follow up, quality work and a no questions asked satisfaction approach...that is what America used to be known for.

I have already given him two larger concrete projects going forward that we want done before the end of the year. That's my review for P&R Concrete in Lincoln. Glad to know we have someone we can trust to handle our concrete projects!
