Got a quote from the company. So far contact has been great staying within there promise schedule. Starting next week very excited! I will give an update.. if your tired of contractors being to busy to contact you back or even after they have given you a quote but too busy to call back call rebath. They have a business that is organized.

For anyone wanting to redo their bathroom I would not recommend Re-Bath Short version: poor communication, poor customer service and took double the time to complete. Full details: I needed to replace the tub with a walk-in shower for safety reasons for a family member who is on oxygen and needs to wear an oxygen tube (getting in the tub and fighting with the shower curtain was not safe anymore). The design consultant came over and gave a good sales pitch. After making a call to verify he assured me that they could have it done in 6-8 weeks. Even though they were definitely the most expensive option I decided to trust him. Fast forward 7.5 weeks I had to call him to get an update and all he could say is that it was still within the 8-10 week window. I reminded him that he had promised 6-8 weeks and he called me back a few hours later saying that he relooked at the contract and yes we did agree on 6-8 weeks and he would get them working on my order. There were a few more calls since they were having problems getting the correct base. At 9.5 weeks they finally scheduled the install. The guys that came were very nice and professional. When they came back the second day for the actual install, they informed me that the door was not in yet and they would be putting up a shower curtain (absolutely not ideal). I called the salesperson immediately and he was unaware of the situation and said he would check into it and get back with me. The following week I had not heard anything, so I called and left a message then waited till the next week called again and still no answer and left a message. So, I called the main office, and they informed me that he had been on vacation and just returned. He called me an hour later and first thing he said was “I was not aware that the shower door was still and issue”, even though I had left him two messages on his voicemail. He said he would get back to me first thing the next morning. Morning came and went, and he finally called at 9pm that night to let me know the door had come in. But then I had had enough and called the main office to talk to the GM but was redirected to a Salesperson instead. I let her know everything that had gone on and how disappointed and frustrated I was and all I got was excuse after excuse and an apology. She helped to get the door installation scheduled. And not surprisingly there was an issue with the door installation and the guy had to run to the store to get parts to make the door fit correctly and when he was complete he let me know that he was unable to put a handle on inside of the mail door going in and out of the shower because it would hit the glass of the other door and only way to close it is to use the little indent where the handle for the outside is attached, so much for custom ordering. Not once did anyone even consider any kind of compensation for my troubles during the process. I spent allot of money for a tub to shower conversion and truly feel like I didnt get what I paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It went fine. Each crew was on time and did the work in the time stated and it was very well done. We had a small issue a few weeks later with some tiles coming loose. They did come out and fix the problem after a couple of calls.

For that we deeply apologize. Your original job was sold in June of 2014 and installed in September of 2014. There was a hairline crack discovered in the toilet tank and a leaking shutoff. RE•BATH of the Heartland corrected both of these problems as soon as we were made aware of them. Likewise, when we received your communication regarding the water heater, RE•BATH of the Heartland rectified it. On Friday night, June 19, 2015, we received communication from you regarding a leak at the toilet. RE•BATH of the Heartland called an on-call plumber to respond as quickly as possible and sent him, at no cost to you, to repair it. We understand the on-call plumber was delayed in their response; the issue was resolved within a couple of days. Although this was several months after the original install, we were happy to stand behind our lifetime warranty on product and installation. Again, we are sorry for any frustration, but glad that your remodel issues have now been addressed to your satisfaction."

Arrived exactly as planned. Worked continuously until the job was completely done. Layed down tarps to catch debris. Extremely accommodating and professional. Did a wonderful job from start to finish. Love, love, love my new tub & surrounding area! Beautiful job done. I have no complaints whatsoever.

It went great very professional. They removed old tub replaced wood under tub checked for mold... Removed wall tiles etc.. Fantastic job.... Beautiful bathroom now.... We definitely would use them again.

Overall, was very pleased with results. Recently had to replace defective tub spout and cartridge. Encountered an issue with spout replacement. Had a verbal agreement that customer supplied spout, shower head and single handle assembly would be covered under life time warranty. Since it was not written down on contract, Rebath indicated customer supplied parts were not covered even though sales indicated it would be covered verbally. However, Rebath did order part (it was under Moen lifetime warranty) and installed part. Rebath did offer to assist with future claims, if needed, with customer supplied parts needing replacement.

This was one of their first stone shower installs so it took one day longer than originally anticipated. However the installation guys were great, very polite, and super conscientious. They arrived when they promised to, cleaned up after themselves each day and were very careful throughout our home. They were also very cooperative in helping us deal with our four dogs during the installation process. The finished product looks so good and has been so easy to care for we are now considering having them replace the shower in our master bath with their stone shower.

Also around the window. Shower curtain was coming loose and they came back out and fixed it for us at no charge. Truly is lifetime work. Very easy to clean.
