"From the moment we inquired about services to job completion, we had a great experience working with Air Quality Concepts for our HVAC air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The owner Charles was incredibly prompt with communication and took the time to answer all our questions about the cleaning process prior to scheduling. We were so impressed by how personable, hard-working, thorough, and efficient our technicians Austin and Michael were when they cleaned our two HVAC systems. They were very attentive to the issues we have been having with our indoor air quality as we navigate mold remediation and health concerns. The company’s customer care was genuine and so appreciated, and the cost of services was very reasonable. We already feel more comfortable in our home knowing we are breathing cleaner air! I highly recommend Air Quality Concepts if you are looking to improve the air quality of your home!"

"Short: Had them replace my upstairs full HVAC system, completely walked through all possible options to make it perfect and extremely happy with every single employee that I came in contact with from Jon the owner, to Jordy the air flow expert to the installers Wayne and Kevin. Will only use them for service/maintenance/issues going forward. Long: We had a different AC company come out for a tune up, they said that our blower needed to be replaced and that there was mold found. It was going to be close to $1k to replace so I started looking at replacing the whole system since it was 10 years old. Comfort Monster came out and actually showed me the system and that there wasn't any mold or growth that he could find. He told me in his opinion the system looked exactly like a 10 year old system should and there wasn't anything that needed to be done. He stated flat out he wouldn't suggest doing anything instead of trying to sell me on anything. I work from home full time and it gets really uncomfortable so I made the decision to do it anyway. Jon was in contact with me and gave me an awesome price on an amazing system. Jordy came out and walked through everything I could do to improve the system from increasing/decreasing ducts in the attic to adding a media filter. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."

They also. do a very good job and are very professional and give us good information. We highly recommend them for any service work."

"Wanders and the entire team were amazing from beginning until the end. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their service. They worked super fast and all were so friendly. I would definitely recommend them for all of your heating and air needs."

"Expert knowledge and courteous service. Resolved a problem in our house that had been created by 55 years of replacing and upgrading HVAC system so that it now works with a smart thermostat."

"We added a mini-split to our workshop, and found the folks at Thermo Direct to be skilled and professional. We were able to negotiate terms for extended warranty, labor charges, and maintenance, for a good contract. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Thermo Direct."

"Dominion Services replaced my 30-year old HVAC system (the outside compressor, and the inside air handler) with a modern one having a 50% increased efficiency rating. The quality of their work is high (four friendly employees with more than 100+ years' combined experience were involved) and have good flexibility to adjust to my work schedule. They easily adapted the new system to the existing hook-ups, and were flexible in their selection among alternate, reliable replacement HVAC systems. The replacement cost was well within the range of the national average. I recommend contacting Dominion Services for insight into any HVAC issue."
