Thank you for your prompt and very professional and caring service. My AC went out in the afternoon on a very hot day. I called the next morning and you worked me into that days schedule which made my wife a happy lady. The technician, Chris, solved the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what had happened. My A/C stopped cooling in the summer. I found the service company because of a high customer rating. But it turned out to be a nightmare. Day 1, there was a misdiagnosis by the first technician. He replaced a thermostatic expansion valve (cost $400 here) , of course, did not fix the A/C. I had to call him back. The real problem was identified: leaking coil. Day 2, I was waiting. waiting, waiting. I was then told they were not able to find a technician for me. Day 3: another technician went and replaced the coil ($1500). People: be aware of the service company. A lesson I learned: do not trust the rating too much.

But as for the pricking, we gave you a discount on the return visit to compensate for the miss diagnostic and repair the first day and made you aware of the cost before we did the work and you agreed to proceed. You had the right to not allow us to do the coil change and get a price from another company. As for the statement that we didn’t have a tech available on the day you waited. The fact was we didn’t receive notice the coil was at the supplier until it was to late to get it and get a tech out so we had to wait until the next day. But we made sure we went there at our first appointment time. Again, we are sorry we were not able to meet your expectations Thanks, Clint Jones President"

He replaced it right then and there. It didn't turn out to be a major thing. I didn't know what to expect after that many years. He seemed to be very honest. He was in and out. They came in a timely manner and everything so far has been good. He also suggested our filters be changed which we knew.

Steve was considerate, friendly and professional. He couldn't fix it the first day because it had so much ice on it. He arranged with his office to come back the next day after the ice had melted. He did come the next day and spent considerable time getting it to run. He suspected the piston was a bit clogged and he would have to clean it out. This was about 6:00pm on a Friday night and he had three more appointments after us. I paid him $99. He said we could use the A/C normally over the weekend and he'd come back Monday. He brought Jim with him Monday and they worked over an hour replacing the piston. He explained we didn't owe him any more money! Everyone I talked to was pleasant and gave me a feeling that I was important to them.
