"Just had my first service check up on my heating and air conditioning unit. As was the install the scheduling was easy. The technician called prior to arrival. "From my consultant, Terry H, to installers Moises A & Jose L, and the office support staff, everyone did an awesome job. Terry reviewed our needs and recommended a high quality Mitsubishi mini split heat pump to condition a garage/workshop, that effortlessly cools what used to be a super hot garage. Looking forward to experiencing how well it heats this winter. Moises and Jose were top notch installers who did an extremely professional and ultra neat job getting everything installed and working great. The office staff was also on top of scheduling the install, walkthrough, and final inspections. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air."

"Ryan called me within minutes of requesting a repair on a Sunday because my AC stopped working in the heat of summer. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He answered my all my questions and made suggestions on how to keep pine straw out of the unit. Paperless bill and ability to accept mobile payment or written check. I will be calling him again to do regular maintenance on my heating and cooling system in the future."

"ARS did a very good job installing my air conditioning unit. They took the time necessary to move a piece which was in the way of installation. Then it was put back in the appropriate manner and when a part didn't work, they rigged it to work until the part could be replaced. The part was replaced the next day and the AC works as it should."

"I know I gave Steve Daughtry 5 starts but he deserved them. I usually do not like to give reviews either. He came to my house the same day I contacted him and he solved the issue with my AC unit.
