"We needed the 32 year-old ductwork replaced in our second story due to heavy infiltration of dust, pollen and bits of fiberglass insulation from the unfinished attic portion from deteriorated ducts. Given our pretty severe allergies to tree and grass pollen, the second story rooms were mostly unusable and even the first floor a problem, not as bad but still unpleasant. Even our cat was suffering. Drew, the sales manager, gave the whole system a very thorough review. He measured our rooms and discovered the system was oversized for the square footage, which not only put strain on the blowers but made the sound at the registers so loud it was difficult to speak on the phone in my office. He recommended an additional register in the hallway between the rooms. Glad he did. The thermostat is located in the hallway which also looks out over a large room with a cathedral ceiling. The new outlet has helped normalize the temperature and the AC/Heat run much less now and give more even temperatures. He also recommended a full house filter on the blower and an in-duct LED purification device that treats mold, dander, pollen and dust. Again, glad he did. They have made a big difference very fast, especially in pretty dramatically reducing dust and improving our respiratory systems. We had the same devices installed on our downstairs unit. We also had a detached first floor duct. In an above and beyond move, Drew went into the crawl space to check it out and temporarily repaired the duct until Maynor could replace it. The installation team, Jeff and Seth, were the superheroes of the project. There were two ducts so tight under the roof they looked as if they couldn't be replaced without tearing out part of the ceiling. One of those ducts had been shredded all the way through by an animal. It came out right over my desk and had been raining pollen, etc. down on me for some time. Seth managed to squeeze into the tight spots and replace the ducts all the way to the boxes. Both guys were very professional and personable and did a great job as unobtrusively as possible in a single day. Also very proud of the company and obviously happy to work there. Maynor sounds like a very customer and employee focused company."

"They did a great job. Cole and Dylan were helpful and very communicative -- we appreciated that they showed us before/after photos of our air ducts and specifically described the work that was performed. Would definitely hire again."

"Terrone responded immediately to our request for service on Saturday. He came to service our air-conditioner which was working minimally. He did fix it and it gave us relief from the heat. However, we knew that our heat pump/air conditioner was in need of replacement. Terrone talked to us about options, gave us some time to do research on the best choice for our home and came back to do the installation. His pricing was reasonable. He and Caleb worked to removed the old system, install the new system, install our new Smart Thermostat ( I-Comfort) and come back to check on the system and us that everything was working correctly. What makes our experience with Mr. Terrone Street so satisfying, both from a professional standpoint of excellent service but also and equally important from a personal standpoint, is that Mr. Street is is a man of integrity, character and dedication. He is honest and attentive, working always to do his very best for his customer as he would want for himself or his family member. He will do his best for you too, with commitment, capability, positivity and honesty."

"Lahcen is an excellent HVAC technician! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and clearly explained what was causing an error in my AC unit and while he was diagnosing the main issue, he checked my filter he found out it was upside down. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service."

"Very professional , installed a new unit and left everything clean"

"J. Stewart was able to accommodate a last minute move out cleaning over the 4th of July holiday weekend. His services and pricing seemed fairly priced for the lead time on work requested with the holiday weekend."
