"Vance was awesome! Very professional and polite. Worked hard and the carpet in our bedroom, its a night and day difference. We have never used this type of carpet cleaning service before (typically the water and extraction process), but we won't ever use anything else here on out! "It went pretty well. Tonya was nice and they made quick work of the job. Areas that were cleaned, were cleaned well, however a couple of areas were missed completely. There is an area at the top of the stairs where you can look right at the floor as you climb the stairs. It had not been touched. The top of the refrigerator was also covered with dust as if it hadn't been touched. I think a final inspection by Tonya would have avoided this problem. I discovered these areas after they left."

"the service guys hooked a machine up to air handler and let it run for a while. They cleaned the returns and I asked them what the machine was doing, they told me it was sucking the dust out. I did not see them put anything in the main trunk lines to release the dust from the walls of the trunk line. They weren’t even going to clean the vent lines until I mentioned something about them. So they opened each vent and put a air hose with a 6 inch worn brush in each vent and only went about 6 feet in them. So I know that most of my vent lines and trunk lines didn’t get cleaned properly and for $585 bucks I thought they would do a better job."
