"The pro came 2 hours later than the scheduled time (scheduled for 9 am, came around 11 am). The price for a simple cartridge change in the shower was $486.00. In the invoice description the pro wrote: "I inspected the master shower. After evaluating the issue, I determined that the cartridge was faulty. We proceeded with replacing the cartridge". Then under Service # KSF-132 Description is written: Replace single handle premium kitchen faucet. Quantity 1.00 Then amount $486.41 What is that? He did one job and charged me for something else. He didn't give me the invoice straight away when I asked; he told me he would email it to me later. So, I couldn't even see what job I was signing for. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

On the day of the project Evan was at my house when he said he would be there and the project was completed very quickly. It was a difficult job with lots of tree roots that he had to cut and remove before he could put the sidewalks in. We are very pleased with the finished sidewalks and highly recommend this company.
